Australia have been the unlucky losers to England at the last two World Cups. Firstly, in 2003 they lost in dramatic fashion to an injury time drop goal from Johnny Wilkinson. In the 2007 World Cup they again lost to England, this time at the semi-final stage.
The Wallabies now have a young and talented squad which will only get better as we edge nearer to the 2011 World Cup Finals which will be held in New Zealand. Young players such as Mitchell and Barnes are very skillful and willonly get better as they mature into experienced test players. Their progress will be aided by the mercurial Matt Giteau who is without doubt one of the most skillful players in the World
