The England rugby team has had 2 disappointing seasons since surprisingly reaching the Rugby World Cup final in 2007. Prior to that they had won the World Cup in 2003 thanks to that famous drop goal from Johnny Wilkinson.
Current coach Martin Johnson has a lot of problems to overcome if he is going to steer England towards the top of World rugby once more. A combination of key players retiring, injuries and poor discipline have cost England rugby dear in recent years but the inexperienced Johnson may be able to turn it around.
